Pet Policy

We understand that pets are family members for many people and we want to help you find the perfect apartment for you and your four-legged friends.

General Guidelines:

Our company allows pets in certain apartments. Please make sure to check the description of each apartment to see if pets are allowed.

There may be a limit on the number and size of pets allowed in each apartment.

A cleaning fee for pets is required, which will be added to the total cost of your booking.

You are responsible for your pet’s good behavior and cleanliness during your stay.

Pets are not allowed in common areas, such as the garden and playground. We have provided for this by installing two animal apartments in these areas.

In case your pet causes damage to the apartment, you will be charged for the repair or replacement.

Additional Notes:

Make sure your pet has all the necessary vaccinations and health certificates.

Bring food, water, and a bed for your pet.

Never leave your pet alone in the apartment without supervision.

Pick up your pet’s waste and dispose of it in appropriate bins.

Be courteous to neighbors and respect their peace and quiet.
